About the award:  

CETIN Hungary's goal is for the organization and individuals to develop together. We take pride in the valuable contributions of all our colleagues, whose exceptional work and expertise significantly contribute to our success. In recognition of these outstanding achievements, CETIN organized an internal employee vote to nominate individuals for the Champion of the Year award, acknowledging exceptional performance throughout the year.  

Categories:  

The award has three categories: Champion of CETIN, Champion of Customer Centricity and Champion of Innovation.  

The Champion of Customer Centricity award is given to a colleague who has made a special contribution to the quality of service provided to CETIN Hungary's customers, partners and employees during the year. These are the people who do an outstanding job day in and day out in helping us to stay in touch and improve our services and communication with their pioneering ideas.  

The Champion of Innovation award is given to our most pioneering colleagues. People who constantly push their colleagues with new ideas, who don't settle for good enough, but always want to do better and better.  

Last but not least, the Champion of CETIN, an award that can only be won by one colleague each year. This award is given to those who come up with creative ideas, dare to think outside the box, and engage in value-creating work to set an example for their colleagues.
